I recently had the opportunity to dine at NOBU at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas. What’s interesting about this is that there is a NOBU HOTEL inside Caesar’s Palace! NOBU is located right next to NOBU HOTEL and is the largest NOBU restaurant in the world set in over 12,000 square feet.
NOBU is very trendy and has very cute attire with funky music to make your fine dining experience extravagant while sophisticated. NOBU features very unique oversized light fixtures inspired by Japanese tea whisks with colorful, patterned private dining pods throughout the establishment.
NOBU also has a sushi bar with some of the best sushi I’ve ever tasted!
My friend did all the ordering as I arrived later, however, all the dishes that we devoured were really incredible, capturing the divine tastes of Japanese cuisine.
Our NOBU experience was absolutely おいしいです Oishīdesu (‘delicious’ inJapanese).
NOBU Las Vegas is simply exquisite. I hope to go there again soon as their diverse menu had many dishes to choose from including NOBU’s specialty dish Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Squid Pasta.
I hope you have the chance to hit up NOBU at Caesar’s Palace next time you’re in Vegas. Your taste buds will thank you!
